The gist of the proposed ordinance is that the city will allow 3 dispensaries, they will have a rigorous application process, through the Police Department, to check for criminal background, and many other criteria that they have to meet i.e safety of product, safety of patients, location in reference to schools, parks, senior centers playgrounds, and others.
